Hyderabad, India – Following the Telugu Desam Party’s (TDP) victory in the recent Andhra Pradesh elections, the family of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has seen a substantial increase in its wealth. According to an analysis of public records, the family’s assets have reportedly increased by over Rs 800 crore since the results were announced.

The analysis, conducted by a prominent financial news agency, revealed that Naidu’s wife, Bhuvaneswari Devi, and their son, Nara Lokesh, have benefited the most from the TDP’s success. Devi’s net worth has reportedly increased by Rs 250 crore, while Lokesh’s has grown by Rs 275 crore.

The family’s wealth surge is attributed to several factors, including increased share prices in companies owned by them. Shares of Heritage Foods, a dairy company controlled by the Naidu family, reportedly rose by over 20% after the election results.

Naidu’s eldest son, Nara Brahmhananda Reddy, has also seen a significant increase in his wealth. His net worth is estimated to have increased by Rs 150 crore. The family’s overall wealth is now estimated to be close to Rs 3,500 crore.

The opposition parties have criticized the TDP government for allegedly using its position to enrich the Naidu family. The Congress party has accused Naidu of cronyism and favoritism.

However, the TDP has defended itself, saying that the increase in the family’s wealth is a reflection of the trust that the people of Andhra Pradesh have in Naidu’s leadership. The party has also pointed out that the wealth increase has happened through legitimate means and has benefited the entire state.

The issue of the Naidu family’s wealth is likely to remain a topic of discussion as the TDP government prepares to implement its development agenda for Andhra Pradesh.
