The trailer opens with Batman interrogating a criminal, who reveals that a new villain known as the Rat has emerged in Gotham City. The Rat is a ruthless crime boss who has been terrorizing the city’s underworld, and Batman is determined to bring him down.

As Batman investigates the Rat’s activities, he discovers that the villain has a personal connection to him. The Rat is the son of Carmine Falcone, one of Gotham’s most powerful crime bosses. This connection makes the case even more personal for Batman, and he vows to stop the Rat at all costs.
