Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan administered the oath of office and secrecy to Naidu at the Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad. Naidu’s son, Lokesh, and other senior TDP leaders were present at the ceremony.

Naidu’s swearing-in marks the end of his predecessor, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s five-year term as Chief Minister. TDP emerged as the single largest party in the recent state assembly elections, but fell short of a majority. It formed an alliance with the BJP and Jana Sena Party to form a coalition government.

In his address after the swearing-in ceremony, Naidu outlined his priorities for the next five years, including economic development, job creation, and social welfare schemes. He also pledged to focus on improving education and healthcare in the state.

Naidu’s tenure as Chief Minister will be closely watched as he faces several challenges, including the need to address the state’s financial crisis and rising unemployment. However, with his experience and leadership skills, Naidu is confident that he can lead Andhra Pradesh to a brighter future.
