Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Granted Bail in Liquor Policy Case

[Delhi] – On [Date], Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was granted bail by a Delhi court in the liquor policy case. The case, which alleges irregularities in the formulation and implementation of the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22, has been under investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Kejriwal, along with several other AAP leaders and officials, was named in the FIR filed by the CBI. The court, however, granted bail after considering the arguments presented by the defense counsel.
