Missing Indonesian Woman Found Dead Inside 16 Feet

Jakarta, Indonesia – A missing Indonesian woman has been found dead inside a 16-foot python in the province of West Sulawesi.

The victim, identified as Jahrah (54), went missing on Saturday while harvesting rubber on her farm. Her family searched for her but could not find her.

On Monday, villagers discovered a large python in the area where Jahrah had disappeared. They killed the snake and found her body inside its stomach.

“The victim’s body was found intact inside the snake,” said a local police spokesperson. “There were no visible signs of injury.”

Authorities believe that the python attacked Jahrah while she was working on her farm. The snake may have mistaken her for prey.

Python attacks on humans are relatively common in Indonesia. In 2018, a 25-year-old man was swallowed whole by a python in the province of Central Sulawesi.

Villagers in the area where Jahrah was found have expressed concern about the increasing number of python attacks. They say that the snakes have become more aggressive in recent years.

“We are worried about our safety,” said one villager. “We don’t know when a python might attack us next.”
