N Chandrababu Naidu To Take Oath As Andhra Chief Minister On June 12

Amaravati: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu will take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for the fourth time on June 12.

The oath-taking ceremony will be held at Mangalagiri, near Vijayawada, the capital of Andhra Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders are expected to attend the ceremony.

Naidu’s TDP emerged as the single largest party in the recent Assembly elections, winning 102 seats in the 175-member Assembly. The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), led by Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, won 67 seats.

Naidu has been the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since 2014. He previously served as the Chief Minister from 1995 to 2004.
