N Chandrababu Naidu to Take Oath as Andhra Pradesh CM on June 12 at 9:27am

Hyderabad, June 11: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu is all set to take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for the second consecutive term on June 12 at 9:27am. The oath-taking ceremony will be held at IGMC Stadium in Vijayawada.

Naidu, who led the TDP to a comfortable victory in the recent assembly elections, will be sworn in by Governor ESL Narasimhan. The ceremony is expected to be attended by several dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, and other top leaders.

“The oath-taking ceremony will be a grand event and we are expecting a huge gathering,” said a senior TDP leader. “We have made all the necessary arrangements to ensure that the event goes smoothly.”

Naidu, who has been the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh since 2014, is credited with overseeing the state’s progress in various sectors, including infrastructure, healthcare, and education. He is also known for his pro-farmer policies and his efforts to attract investments to the state.

The TDP won 102 seats in the 175-member Andhra Pradesh Assembly in the recent elections, while the YSR Congress Party won 67 seats. The TDP is forming a government with the support of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which won 4 seats.
