New Delhi, July 16: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has asserted that the integrity of the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination remains uncompromised and there has been no paper leak.

NTA chief Vineet Joshi addressed concerns raised regarding alleged irregularities in the recent NEET exam, stating that these allegations were unfounded. “I want to assure the students and their parents that the NTA has taken all necessary steps to ensure the fairness and integrity of the examination,” he said.

Joshi clarified that certain incidents involving the distribution of question papers outside the designated examination centers were unrelated to the actual NEET exam. He confirmed that the actual NEET question paper was secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals.

The NTA chief also addressed technical challenges faced by some candidates during the exam and apologized for any inconvenience caused. He emphasized that steps were being taken to improve the exam experience for future candidates.

“The NTA is committed to conducting NEET in a fair and transparent manner. We will not tolerate any attempts to compromise the integrity of the exam,” Joshi stated.

NTA has initiated an investigation into the alleged irregularities and has assured strict action against any individuals or institutions found involved in any malpractices.

The agency has urged candidates to remain calm and avoid spreading rumors. The official NEET results are expected to be released in the coming days, and candidates are advised to check the official NTA website for updates.
