Pune Porsche Case: Juvenile’s Father, Grandfather Booked in Suicide Abetment Case

Pune: The Pune Police have registered a case of abetment to suicide against the father and grandfather of the 16-year-old boy who died by suicide after allegedly being harassed over a Porsche car accident.

The deceased, identified as Aditya Ingole, was driving a Porsche Cayenne when he met with an accident on May 29. The car reportedly belongs to his father, Shailesh Ingole, a well-known businessman.

According to the police, Aditya was harassed and threatened by his father and grandfather, Prabhakar Ingole, over the accident. The alleged harassment included physical abuse, threats, and taunts.

Unable to bear the constant torture, Aditya consumed poison and died on June 4. His suicide note reportedly blamed his father and grandfather for his death.

Based on the suicide note, the police have booked Shailesh Ingole and Prabhakar Ingole under Section 306 (abetment to suicide) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

The investigation is ongoing, and the police are collecting evidence to substantiate the charges against the accused.
