Punjab Man Shot Dead In Canada, Cops Suspect Targeted Killing

Brampton, Ontario – A 21-year-old man from Punjab, India, was shot dead in Brampton, Ontario, Canada on Friday night. The victim has been identified as Karandeep Singh.

According to the Peel Regional Police, the incident occurred at around 9:45 pm in the area of Countryside Drive and Wanless Drive. Singh was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say that the investigation is in its early stages, but they believe that the shooting was targeted. No arrests have been made yet.

The motive for the killing is still unknown, but police are looking into the possibility that it may be related to an ongoing conflict within the local Punjabi community.

Singh’s family is devastated by his death. They say that he was a kind and loving young man who was just starting his life.
