New Delhi: Senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Neerabh Kumar Prasad has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh. The appointment was announced by the state government on Friday, February 10, 2023.

Prasad, a 1987-batch IAS officer belonging to the Andhra Pradesh cadre, has held various key positions in the state administration during his illustrious career. He was previously serving as the Special Chief Secretary for Revenue in the Andhra Pradesh government.
