Who Gets Which Ministry In Modi 3.0 Cabinet? Key Meeting Today

New Delhi:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to hold a crucial meeting with his top aides today to decide on the allocation of portfolios to his newly inducted ministers. The meeting is expected to finalize which minister will take charge of which ministry in the Modi 3.0 Cabinet.

Several key portfolios, including Home, Finance, Defense, and External Affairs, are up for grabs. Home Minister Amit Shah, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh are widely expected to retain their current positions. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is also likely to continue in his role.

Other key portfolios that need to be filled include Health, Education, Agriculture, and Commerce. Health Minister Harsh Vardhan, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, and Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar are among those who could be considered for these positions.

The allocation of portfolios is a crucial step in the formation of the new government. It will determine the key policy decisions that will be taken in the coming years.

The meeting is expected to begin at 5:00 pm today at the Prime Minister’s residence. The final list of portfolios is likely to be announced later this evening.
